POLICIES ON CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Clients may adjust reservations at least 12 hours before the class start time without penalty.
If a reservations is cancelled less than 12 hours before the class start time - or the client is a no show - this will result in a loss of the credit.
Clients on the “Unlimited Sessions” plan will be assessed a $15 penalty for not showing up or cancelling a reservation less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.
Feeling unwell close to class time? We understand! Please email us before class time to request a waived late cancellation.
We enforce a strict Late Entry Policy:
Clients will not be permitted into the studio after the start time. The entry door will be locked at class start time.
If a client is not physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class, the spot may be given to a waitlisted client.
To cancel a monthly membership plan, clients must submit this request via email with at least 30 days notice to the upcoming renewal date. Please submit these requests to info@boombox-boxing.com.
Recovering from an injury or major illness? Please email us to explain your situation - we’ll let you know if any accommodations can be provided.
We are unable to provide refunds for any penalized credits or assessed fines.
STUDIO REQUIREMENTS
All clients must create an account to participant in our classes, private training, and specialized sessions! We recommend completing this ahead of time OR arriving 15 minutes early to your class to complete at check in.
Age: All clients must be at least 16 years of age. For minors, a legal guardian must sign a physical waiver form permitting the minor. The guardian does not need to take classes with the minor.
Attire: All clients must wear athletic attire and shoes at our studio.
Equipment: All clients must use both hand wraps and boxing gloves in our classes. Boxing gloves must fully cover the hand. this is to ensure everyone’s safety hitting on our heavy bags!
SANITATION & HYGIENE AT OUR STUDIO
All used equipment is sanitized after each use. Sanitation is important to us for everyone’s comfort and wellbeing!
We provide complimentary towels, body wipes, and spray deodorant for guests to freshen up after classes.
Unfortunately we do not have showers at our facility.
